Solar Eclipse (2), 2017.
While the Sun moved on westward, the Moon partially covered the disc of the Sun. Observed from just north of the path of totality with the Moon covering up to about 93% of the Sun, the August 21, 2017 solar eclipse here lasted 2 hours and 37 minutes, 2017.
For this photograph, a total of nine limited edition prints, all hand signed and numbered, are available as HD metal prints. Additionally, one artist’s print has been printed. This is the second part of a two-panel installation (Solar Eclipse 1 + 2).
