Quiet, 2018.
One of the calmer aurora borealis displays over Yellowknife, Canada, 2018. Auroras form in oval-shaped bands, the aurora ovals, around Earth’s magnetic poles. Only at times of stronger solar activity is it possible to observe polar lights at mid-latitudes as well.
For this photograph, a total of nine limited edition prints, all hand signed and numbered, are available as original photo prints under acrylic glass and as HD metal prints. Additionally, one artist’s print has been printed.
